Rosemary And Garlic Lamb Cutlets

1 x Rack Lamb Cutlets (4 cutlets to a serve) 
1 x Table Spoon of oil 
1 - 2 Table Spoons Smokey Q Dry Rub 
1 x Table Spoon chopped Rosemary 

1 x Table Spoon chopped Garlic 

Coat the Lamb Rack in all the spices to your liking 
Heat to 300F and cook for 30 - 40 minutes 
Cut to serve with a side salad
