Brine: 
125g Salt 
125g Sugar 
4 Cups cold water 

Oil to coat 
Smokey Q chicken rub 

Method 
Brine: mix salt and sugar with water add chicken breasts refrigerate overnight.
Rest on a rack to dry off for 10 minutes 
Coat with oil and Smokey Q chicken rub 
Cook for 30 minutes at 155 F
